The main company shareholders are companies of Joint-stock commercial bank «National Reserve Bank» (Moscow)
Number of Organization Departments: 17, including the head office, 9 directorates, 7 branches.
The Company is a member of: The Board of the League of Insurance Organizations, Motor (Transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine, Ukrainian P&I Pool, Nuclear insurance Pool of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Union of Agricultural Enterprises. EUROPEAN INSURANCE ALLIANCE is a member of National Club of Insurance Payments. The main criteria for accepting a company as a member of the Club is insurance payments exceeding UAH 1 million during per year.
